One & Done Electric Inc. began with a simple conversation between experienced business managers and electricians who recognized a growing problem across Los Angeles. During and after COVID, many new electrical companies entered the industry, but too many projects were left unfinished, delayed, or completed with poor workmanship. Homeowners and property managers often found themselves hiring multiple contractors just to finish a single job.

That frustration led to one simple idea:

What if there was one licensed electrical company clients could trust to handle the entire project professionally, safely, and correctly the first time?

From that idea, One & Done Electric Inc. was born.

Founded by Marc Jafari, the company was built on real-world field experience, hands-on electrical knowledge, and a strong understanding of utility infrastructure and safety standards. Marc Jafari’s background includes education and utility-related training connected to LADWP career pathways through Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC). Programs associated with LADWP and LATTC help prepare students for careers involving electrical systems, power distribution, infrastructure safety, and utility operations throughout Los Angeles.
